WHERE CAN YOU GO?

(On Your Knees for Your Needs)

The lilies of the field have their sunbath while humans' rarely get a touch of it. The little ants are able to carry their morsel around while humans' are confined. The jelly-fish is able to swim from one corner of the ocean to the other while humans’ doors are shut. The tiny insects are able to learn their trade while humans' are socially distanced. Apparently, humans are caged (quarantined and self-isolated) while animals are free to roam.

Where can you go with all the attractive adornments? Where can you go with all the luxurious cars? Where can you go with all the academic degrees and certificates? Where can you go with all the accolades? Where can you go with all the medals and trophies? Where can you go with all the houses and lands? Where can you go with all the titles, ranks, and social statuses?

Where can you go? You can always go on your knees in prayer; you can always go to God in prayer. "Any-time is prayer-time" including times of natural disasters, pestilences, catastrophic outbreaks, and moments of anguish. Go on your knees for your needs. Go to God for what is good. Maybe God is "silent" because of your silence. "The language of God is not English or Latin" (Leary). The language of God is prayer. "Pray without ceasing" (1 Thessalonians 5:17. God loves you!
