INTRODUCTIONYou are welcome to Insights from God's Word, a Bible Study Programme that is committed to sharing God's Word by allowing the Bible to speak for itself.
Friends, we greet you in the name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
In this study, we bring you the introduction to our series on the plan of salvation. Despite the abundant knowledge in the various disciplines of learning, our world and its inhabitants keep on deteriorating in many respects. For instance, negative indicators on global warming, a deteriorating environment, angry tsunamis, hurricanes and cyclones, frequent earthquakes, strange diseases and pestilences, numerous wars and bloodshed, increasing famine, severe financial meltdowns, and the gross immorality on our streets today will suggest to any observer that we are a world in need of salvation.
In fact, in all facets of life, our world is quickly tearing apart. Our world seems to be on a high speed downward spiral to destruction. The hearts of many are failing them as they look on the things that are happening in our world today. And many of these people are asking one key question: "Is there a future for our world?" Friends, even though several theories have been propounded in various disciplines that seek to explain the current condition of our world and its future, the only satisfactory answers to our world's present condition and its future can be found in God's Holy Word.
In fact, the Bible provides an assurance that God has a plan of salvation for our deteriorating world and its inhabitants. Thus in this series, we are going to explore from God's Word various interesting themes in relation to God's plan of salvation for our world. We are going to consider among other things what led to mankind's present terrible condition, and what God is doing now to help us out of this condition. The entire series is dubbed: The Plan of Salvation. The topics in this Special Series of Bible Study are as follows:

Friends, we believe that this 8 - Part Series of Bible Study is going to be a real blessing in your life. These studies will be highlighted with beautiful slides that will enable you to have a deeper understanding of the issues that are being discussed.
